We are looking for a Person within or connected to the Club to join our Club as a Volunteer Club Steward.
SAFEGUARDING:
* The Proposed Club Steward will need to be Gardai Vetted via the FAI.
* The Proposed Club Steward will need to achieve Safeguarding Cert 1 via the FAI.
CLUB STEWARDS TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
* Opening & Closing of our Elmdale Facility.
* Attendance minimum 2 Evenings per week along with some Friday evenings and most Saturday/Sundays.
* Attendance twice a month in the daytime to supervise School games.
* Assisting with groundsman tasks IE Roping off Grass Areas & ensuring weights in Goals.
* Welcoming our Members, Opposition Teams & Visitors to our facility.
* Actively listening to Members needs.
* Allocation of Parking inside Elmdale.
* Managing access to Video Analysis Room.
* Managing Equipment Container.
* Managing access to Clubhouse facilities including Dressing Rooms & Toilets.
* General upkeep of all areas inside & around clubhouse.
* Managing St John’s College Access Keys.
* Managing The Lawns Access Keys & Nets/Accessories.
* Welcoming Referees & League/FAI Officials.
* Welcoming & facilitating local schools utilize the Elmdale Facility.
* Helping with Summer, Easter, Holiday Camps.
CLUB STEWARDS MANDATE:
To facilitate the smooth operation of our Elmdale Facility ensuring our Player’s, Coaches, Volunteer’s & Visitors have an enjoyable, fun & safe experience during the time they spend in Elmdale.
RENUMERATION:
* The Club Steward will receive Expenses for undertaking the Role.
