RE: Increasing Cases of Bad Sideline Behaviour.
The following Resources will be put in place as the Clubs Response and Actions to Streamline any issues arising:
Disciplinary Committee:
From Monday the 9th of December 2024 a Cross section of the Senior Leadership Team will form a Disciplinary Committee.
They will meet each Monday Evening (7:30 to 8:30pm) to deal with issues from the previous week.
These issues will include but will not be limited to:
· Red & Yellow Cards received.
· Behavioural Issues within the Club.
· Dealing with any Disclosures made.
COFC Disclosure Form:
See Club Zap Chat sample of the Form which will be completed by any Volunteers, but we assume mainly Parents/Guardians.
