Tomorrow Monday the 27th of May sees the start of the internal refurbishment & external facelift of the Clubhouse at our Elmdale Facility. 

 

This would not be possible without the FIFA Solidarity Training Monies received as part of Nathan Collins meteoric rise.

Nathan is currently playing in the English Premiership for Brentford & has become a mainstay of the Republic of Ireland National Senior Men’s Team.   

 

With the imminent completion of the Clubhouse Upgrades and the future planned additions of a Gym and new 9 A Side Astro Pitch, we are really looking forward to the effect these facilities will have on Cherry Orchard Player’s over the next number of years.

 

We would like to say a heartfelt thanks to the Collins Family who are part of the fabric of Cherry Orchard Football Club for the last 40 years.

Nathan’s Dad Davie Played & Managed at the club. 

Nathan’s older brother Josh also played for the club and is currently living in London carving out a career in Business after representing UCD in the League of Ireland for a number of Seasons.

 

Nathan’s youngest brother Seb currently plays for our Under 11 Team. 

Seb is the last of the tribe for Michelle, Davie’s wife & mother of the three Cherry Orchard boys to ferry around 4-5 times a week training and matches.

 

We look forward to the completion of works on the Clubhouse in late July ahead of the new Season.
